How does the travel consulting service work?
After we receive your request, we review your preferences and logistics. We then send a tailored itinerary proposal — typically within 24 hours (or 24–48 hours during peak season). You can adjust the plan before confirming.
Can I adjust the itinerary after receiving the proposal?
Yes. We refine the itinerary based on your feedback until it matches your expectations. Changes after confirmation may affect availability and final costs, depending on the requested services.
Do you make accommodation reservations?
No. Our consultancy includes transfers, tours and reservations at restaurants, wineries or experiences, but we do not handle accommodation.
What is the trip preparation timeframe?
We recommend reaching out at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially from June to September. For multi-day itineraries or special requests, 4–6 weeks is ideal.
What happens on consecutive day tours with free days? Can we include rest days?
Of course. If the itinerary includes consecutive service days outside Lisbon, rest days may require additional logistics depending on vehicle and driver availability. We will always confirm the best option in your proposal.

Yes, on prior request, depending on the location and the type of visit.
